Cotton Classification
Cotton that is kept for ginning in warehouses or outdoors can be mixed with cotton of different types and humidity from many different sources/suppliers. Different cottons at different humidity levels may interact with each other and cause them to lose their quality.
With the Rime Cotton Baler machine, cottons from different suppliers can be baled, sorted and labeled according to their quality. In this way, quality and moisture interactions are prevented. This method ensures that the sorted moist products are primarily ginned without delay, so no more quality losses of the sorted moist products. This makes it possible to gin dry cotton at a later date without having any storage or quality problems.
